The Afro/Euro-Centric Ancient Egypt Debate ( The Hugh Cipher guide to accurate world history pt 2-A precise and logical argument)

Ancient Egyptians were aware of the differences between the peoples that surrounded them. Here we see a Libyan and Hysko

Ancient Egyptians were aware of the differences between the people’s that surrounded them. Here we see a Libyan and Hysko “white skinned” and a Nubian and an Egyptian. Even in this reconstruction the Egyptian and Nubian look like a dark and brown skinned Afro American type.

I’ve intended to write about this subject for ages. One reason I haven’t as of yet is because I wished to do so as concisely as possible but also  attempt to proactively address any possible arguments.

-Far easier said than done

This is also a response to the numerous Euro centric and Arab centric deniers of Egypt’s Black African roots.  The majority of Egypt’s population has looked like Arab/Semitic peoples for so long that it is easy to simply imagine them as having looked this way for the past 5k to 6k years. Most modern Egyptians are descendants of Arab invaders who conquered what was left of a dying Egyptian civilization in around 700 A.D.

I am of course a proponent of the Black African origins of Egypt but I well concede that the argument isn’t quite as black and white as it seems -pun intended.

Egypt in many ways was like todays America. A country with many immigrants but where America has a majority of Caucasian people Egypt for most of its history as a true Egyptian culture had a majority of Africoid people.

I recognize that Egypt having had lasted for 4k years makes it hard for the average person to wrap their head around the concept that in such a long period of time populations change. There is a country called Kazakhstan where many of the modern day inhabitants look Mongoloid although the ancient Scythians who occupied that area in the B.C. period  resembled Keltic tribes people. Todays inhabitants of Kazakhstan are largely inpart descendants of the medieval Mongol conquerors.

http://e-history.kz/en/contents/view/490

DNA test on modern Kazakhstani peoples show that common Eurasian y-dna haplogroups A,B,C,D,F,G,H and M are present & that maternal lineages have connections to mongoloid Amerindian haplogroups. We see here in the Kazakhstani a people who look Mongoloid & Caucasoid just as their dna illustrates. The ancient Scythian blood line still is an undercurrent but the more recent Mongoloid amalgamation is phenotypically dominate in a high percentage of the population . In many ways they mirror ancient Egypts phenotypical transfer from an Africoid peoples to a blended Eurasian type

When looking at contemporary descriptions of Egyptians and current dna analysis, this process of amalgamation and displacement clearly took place in Egypt making it more “Semitic” or say Eurasian

Archeological evidence shows that Egypt very early on in its history took on Eurasian elements due to migration and later invasion and conquest.

So any slightly intelligent critical thinker would deduce all of these Eurasian invaders and migrants left their dna and physical mark on the Egyptian population.

So my argument is this

Egypt began as a Black African civilization that over it’s 4000 year history took on Eurasian elements and eventually amalgamated and or displaced the original Black African population

This is why when any one who honestly looks at Egyptian art and artifacts must admit they see a variety of physical traits or phenotypes that range from Black African to Eurasian and all combinations thereof in-between

So again my argument is not that ALL ancient Egyptians were Black Africans rather that the original founders were Black Africans and much of the population primarily remained so until late in Egyptian history.

The latest dna test that actually tested ancient Egyptian mummies show the Amarna royal mummies to have had a far higher % of genetic links to “Black Africa” than peoples of Eurasia or the Levant

This is the latest DNA evidence-peer reviewed and academically sound-Not a hoax such as the iGenea test that didn’t even bother to actually test Egyptian mummies.

iGenea King Tut DNA Hoax

iGenea blatantly published doctored DNA results that claim Tutankhamun belongs to the haplogroup R1b1a2, which more than 50% of all men in Western Europe belong to.

When looking at pre dynastic evidence we see that a Black advanced culture that lived in the area of the Libyan Sahara when the Sahara was fertile practiced artificial mummification. This was 1000 years or so before the earliest evidence of artificial  mummification is known to have taken place in Egypt

The mummy was originally discovered in the 1950’s but was relegated to storage until a recent documentary. As many researchers for true African history know Europeans have long denied or simply hidden discoveries like this.

When comparing predynastic art and artifacts with rock painting & carvings in the Sahara you can see what possibly will evolve into the Kemetic or say Egyptian art style.

In 2008   National Geographic/S. O. Y. Keita stated:

“…The major features of cultural and political development that led to dynastic Egypt originated in southern Egypt during what is called the predynastic period. Some evidence suggests that predynastic Egyptian and early Nubian cultures had ties to the early Saharan cultures and shared a Saharo-Nilotic heritage. Perhaps the earliest predynastic culture, the Badarian-Tasian* (4400 B.C. or earlier, to 4000 B.C.), had the clearest ties to Saharan cultures in the desert west of Nubia. The subsequent development, known as Naqada culture (3900 to around 3050 B.C.) by numerous scholars, had three phases and led directly to the 1st dynasty in southern Egypt without a break or evidence of foreign domination. It had three major centers in Upper Egypt, the small kingdoms of Naqada, Hierakonpolis, and Abydos, which came to be a much revered place in Egypt. The cemetery grounds of Abydos contain the largest tomb of a predynastic ruler, along with the burials of all the kings of the 1st dynasty. Naqada culture expanded north in its later phases, culturally incorporating northern Egypt before the 1st dynasty. There is also evidence at some sites—including Hierakonpolis, where the famous Narmer Palette was found—for interactions with Nubian societies, specifically one called the A-Group, whose kings shared some insignia with Egypt. By the time the 1st dynasty began, Egypt and Nubia were rivals; Egypt defeated the A-Group state and incorporated its territory, which became a part of the first province of Upper Egypt.”

The earliest evidence of a Monarchy anywhere in the world is found in Nubia. This dates to several generations prior to any evidence in predynastic Egypt or Sumer

This is a clip from an article from the New York times dating from the 1970’s. Something like this should have long been in text books but Eurocentric bias & indifference shadows discoveries like this.

Eurocentrics like to stereo type Black peoples into one physical or phenotype but the truth is that Black Africans are thee most genetically diverse thus thee most pheno-typically diverse people in the world.

Euro-centrics routinely present Egypt as being more “Caucasoid” The computer reconstruction of King Tut is but one example.

This is the European-ized computer reconstruction of Tut

This is the 2005 European-ized computer reconstruction of Tut

This is the more African, more accurate computer reconstruction made of King Tut

This is the earlier 2002 more African, more accurate computer reconstruction made of King Tut

The earlier “African” reconstruction can be seen at London England’s Science Museum’s web site- http://www.sciencemuseum.org.uk/antenna/tutankhamun/index.asp

It is said the famous (or infamous depending whats your take) Zahi Hawass balked at the earlier reconstruction & currently the Eurocentric reconstruction of Tut is the most widely known & is the easiest to access via web searches. The older reconstruction appears to be buried. This is the usual unintentional & in many cases fully intentional hiding of non biased research dealing with Africa.

You can compare both reconstructions to the Tutankhamen gold mask and judge which fits the mask’s rendition of Tut better. Also remember Tutankhamen was a member of the Amarna royal family thus genetically has been proven to be far more African than Eurasian

You have a case of racism, cultural bias and simply modern artist re painting what they identify with

The falsification has muddled the truth horribly

As an Afro American I easily see the phenotypes of both Caucasian and African types in Egyptian art. We African Americans are also a highly mixed people averaging 24 to 30% European dna and 8 to 10% American Indian (mongoloid) dna

http://www.cell.com/ajhg/fulltext/S0002-9297(14)00476-5

Thus we have an unique eye for Black and White peoples of all types and mixtures. Also Europeans tend to refer to even a bi racial person as Black but if the same phenotype is seen in ancient art its declared Eurasian. This double standard is absurd.

Beyonce-with-long-Box-Braids

An Amarna Princes looking like and wearing a hairstyle many African women do today

( If Beyoncé lived during pharaonic times she would be declared Eurasian by Euro centrics.)

Today Black women still wear weaves and braided wigs-This type of wig and hairstyle is not a part of the long straight haired Eurasian culture

In ending the latest modern DNA test confirm the African origins of Egypt

The contemporary writings of Herodotus, Diodorus and more confirm the Blackness the African ness of ancient Egypt

I can only hope Eurocentric’s will eventually take their blinders off and recognize facts

I will say the same for extreme Afro centrics who totally deny any Eurasian contribution to ancient Egypt.

I consider my self “world” centric because only by looking at history from all possible angles can you ascertain truth and truth speaks for itself

I push for truth and greater knowledge and my primary goal is for my fellow African people to see the truth without being mislead by European racist dogma.

I claim the Kemti-Nubian cultural legacy the same way a man from England might claim the Greco-Roman cultural legacy.

A secondary goal of mine is for all people to recognize and acknowledge the greatness of the people from who all of humanity springs from. I’d like to point out most people who argue against a Black African genesis of Egypt do not believe in the out of Africa origins of mankind

    • just saved this to my bookmarks. id like to compile a data base/web site/page containing images & links to images of the true African Kemit/Egypt. Many of these ive never seen & ive digged

  1. “I recognize that Egypt having had lasted for 4k years makes it hard for the average person to wrap their head around the concept that in such a long period of time populations change.”

Why can’t people understand this? The native Egyptians were Africoid Africans, but of course after multiple invasions and occupations by Assyrians, Persians, Greeks, Romans, Arab(ized people)s and Turks, in addition to non-aggressive migrations, there would be other phenotypes present, even dominant. Look at native Americans versus all the phenotypes you see in America now- AND THAT’S ONLY AFTER 500 YEARS. We’re talking about MILLENNIA in Kemet’s case. It’s a central point where the Mediterranean, Red Sea and Nile give access to peoples from literally anywhere in the world.

“Archeological evidence shows that Egypt very early on in its history took on Eurasian elements due to migration and later invasion and conquest.”

I did a very rudimentary exploration of how such invasions and migrations even affected sub-Saharan African phenotypes: https://selfuni.wordpress.com/2015/11/03/why-do-some-africans-have-light-skin-and-european-features/

    Let’s continue to build, brother…

    • no doubt my brother. ive been building on the whole concept of confirmation bias & cognitive dissonance & its a crucial point in regards to these conversations/debates we have with Anglos on race. Its like even considering Blacks were more than mere slaves through out existence & that Europeans have purposely hid these facts literally hurts white folks mind (cognitive dissonance) Most humans suffer from some form of confirmation bias on top of this so its literally like fighting a brick wall to get some White peoples to recognize & admit the truth of our past….much less racism ….Studies show a majority of White America minimize or deny this

  2. Thank you for this information. We need to keep spreading the new data on Ramses 3 and Amarna mummies DNA throughout the Internet. Go to Wikipedia and talk:Ramses iii and you can see the discussions

    • Righteous my brotha ….I’ll check that Wiki page out. I definitely agree we need to educate our people & dissmiss the lies about African history. Its crazy Eurocentrics will see the dna evidence & still stubbornly denie the truth about Afro-Egyptian history. Im just glad the archeological, linguistic & dna evidence is coming to light

  3. Bless you for this. It’s so hard to find depictions of Ancient Egyptians as they really were- Black. The whitewashing is so rampant sometimes one has to find refuge with the sane and clear-eyed.
